We provide website migration services to WordPress & Elementor, including audits, design reproduction, content migration, SEO preservation and launch support. Specific scopes, deliverables and pricing are confirmed in writing before project start.

All content on the Website is owned by ToWP or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful or abusive activity.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in euros (€) and exclude VAT unless stated. Payment terms are specified in the proposal/invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services and statutory interest where applicable.

Each party will keep confidential information received from the other in connection with the services confidential and use it only for performing the agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToWP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranties & Disclaimers

The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific outcomes.

Termination
